Having cruised on other ships a few years ago, what appealed most about Silversea's offerwas the all inclusive nature of the poackage.
We were not disappointed, in fact although the price is high I believe what my wife and I got was tremendous value for money. The service on board was superlative - in fact The only thing I could find fault with was the marmalade! The attention to detail was faultless the shore excursions while not included in the price were of very high quality anfd reasonably priced.
The standard of accomodation was superb, the Vista suite being the cheapest option we had expected quite a cramped environment by contrast the space was excellent.
The choice of ports of call was interestig too and this was a great way of seeing different slices of Asia in a two week period, having nearly a day in each port was a bonus too.
This was a special trip for my wife's birthday and the staff on board helped her celebrate in style with a specially prepared small cake delivered to our suite at lunchtime and another cake at Dinner!!
Throughout the organisatioin by the Agent Victoria Travel and Silversea was first class and I shall be cruising again with Silversea next December.
