After many cruises on various lines over the past 15 years, this was our first voyage with Silversea.
Both the food and the service were exceptionally good and far exceeded our expectations.
The suite was very spacious and the bathhroom was very luxurious with double sinks, large bath and a seperate shower cubicle.
Although we had some high winds and rough seas, this relatively small ship remained very stable at all times.
The excursions we took, by boat, train and on foot were all well organised and reasonally priced.
For passengers in our age range and on a cruise where there were not many days at sea, the activites available were adequate. The evening entertainment was good for the size of the ship and cannot be compared with the production shows found on ships 3 or 4 times bigger.
Overall we found everything to be of a very high standard and every crew member we met were extremely attentive to all our needs.
We enjoyed the cruise with Silverseas so much that we have already made a resevation for the Silver Whisper for 2009.
